8.1 The Organiser may remove any Guest from the Retreat without refund where the Guest’s conduct endangers others, materially disrupts the Retreat or breaches venue rules. The Guest remains liable for any costs incurred.
9 Data Protection
9.1 The Organiser will process personal data for booking administration, communication and provision of services in accordance with applicable data protection law. The Guest consents to such processing and to the transfer of data to third‑party suppliers where necessary to provide the Retreat.
9.2 Your privacy matters. All personal data is encrypted and used solely for legal compliance and retreat coordination.
10 Force Majeure
10.1 Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government action, strikes, natural disasters or supplier insolvency. In such event the Organiser will offer alternatives or refunds as appropriate.
