day 1 - thursday

 

3pm                  check‑in to hotel

3-6pm              wellness treatment

6:30–8:30pm   group coaching at nac

8:30pm            dinner at soul (nac)

 

9–10am              yoga

10:15–11am         breakfast

11am–12:15pm    wellness workshop

​12.30pm              cycle along promenade

2:30–4pm           lunch at cappucino 

6.30–8.30pm      nac padel club coaching

8.30pm                dinner at soul at nac with

                            live dj

 day 2 - friday

 

9:–10.10am     yoga

10:15–11am     breakfast

11:30–1:30pm  nac padel club coaching

2:30–4pm       pool/picnic lunch at boho

4-6pm             wellness treatment

7–8:30pm       social mix-in at cap racket club

8:30pm           light dinner at cap  

 day 3 - Saturday

9-10:10am          Yoga

10:15–11am         Breakfast
