💳 Save €150 per person - Pay your balance by bank transfer. Message us via WhatsApp, email or Instagram DM for bank details.
🕐 48-Hour Cooling Off - Cancel within 48 hours for a full refund minus 5% processing fee. Bank transfer payments refunded in full.
💰 Deposit - 500€ pp - Non-refundable after 48 hours.
📅 Balance - due by 3rd September 2026. Refundable minus 5% if cancelled before 8th September 2026. Non-refundable on or after 8th September 2026. Bank transfer balances refunded in full if cancelled before 8th September 2026.
❌ Cancellation by Us - You'll be offered a transfer to another retreat or a full refund of all payments made including processing fees within 5 working days.
👥 Minimum Numbers - Retreat proceeds with a minimum of 4 guests. We'll do everything possible to fill any cancelled spots before making changes to the programme.
