Terms & Conditions
48‑Hour Cooling‑Off Period
Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund minus a 5% payment processing fee. Bank transfer payments refunded in full.
Deposit
500€ per person to secure your place on the retreat. Non-refundable after 48 hours. Rooms allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Balance & Payments
Balance due by 5th September. Pay by bank transfer and save 150€ per person.
Villa Damage Deposit 250€ per person (fully refundable). Due by 17th September by bank transfer only.
Cancellation by Us
If we cancel, you’ll be offered alternative accommodation for the same dates, a transfer to another retreat or a full refund of all payments made - including processing fees - within 5 working days.
