Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions

1.1 Organiser means Padel Paradise Retreats.
1.2 Guest means the individual(s) named on the booking.
1.3 Retreat means the specific package and itinerary booked.
1.4 Price means the total amount payable for the Retreat.

2 Booking and Payment

2.1 Curated Group Retreats

2.1.1 Booking and payment terms for each curated group retreat are set out in the retreat-specific sections of these Terms (Sections 14–16). Those terms prevail over any conflicting general provisions in this Section 2.

2.2 Bespoke Private Retreats

2.2.1 A custom deposit will be specified in the proposal.
2.2.2 Remaining balance due 60 days before the retreat start date.
2.2.3 Late bookings made after the balance due date require 100% of the Price immediately.

2.3 Payment Methods and Discount

2.3.1 Guests who pay their balance by bank transfer may save €100 per person. Contact us for bank details.

3 Cancellation by Guest and Non‑Refundable Costs

3.1 Curated Group Retreats

3.1.1 Cancellation terms for each curated group retreat are set out in the retreat-specific sections (Sections 14–16). Those terms prevail over any conflicting general provisions in this Section 3.

3.2 Bespoke Private Retreats

3.2.1 48-hour cooling off: cancellation within 48 hours of booking receives a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
3.2.2 Cancellation more than 91 days prior: refund of all amounts paid less the 5% administrative fee and any non-refundable supplier fees.
3.2.3 Cancellation 31–90 days prior: refund of 50% of all amounts paid less the 5% administrative fee and any non-refundable supplier fees.
3.2.4 Cancellation 30 days or less prior: no refund.

3.3 No-show

3.3.1 No refund for no-shows. Guests are strongly advised to obtain travel and medical insurance.

3.4 Refund Processing

3.4.1 All refunds will be processed to the original payment method and issued to the lead booker only.

4 Cancellation or Variation by the Organiser

4.1 Right to Cancel or Alter

4.1.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or materially alter the Retreat where necessary. If the Organiser cancels, the Guest will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of amounts paid for the Retreat.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

4.2.1 The Organiser shall not be liable for consequential losses, including travel costs, loss of earnings or other expenses incurred by the Guest.

5 Health, Fitness and Medical Disclosure

5.1 Fitness Warranty

5.1.1 The Guest warrants they are physically and medically fit to participate and must disclose any medical condition, injury, disability or medication that may affect participation.

5.2 Medical Certificates

5.2.1 The Organiser may require a medical certificate or refuse participation where safety is a concern.

5.3 Assumption of Risk

5.3.1 Guests acknowledge the programme includes physical activities and biohacking treatments. Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining personal travel and medical insurance.

6 Liability and Waiver

6.1 Limitation of Liability

6.1.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser, its employees, agents and suppliers shall not be liable for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property arising from participation in Retreat activities, except where caused by the Organiser’s proven negligence.

6.2 Guest Responsibilities

6.2.1 The Guest accepts all risks associated with padel, yoga, spa and related activities and agrees to follow safety instructions.

7 Photography and Marketing Consent

7.1 Licence to Use Images

7.1.1 Professional photography and videography are included. By default the Guest grants the Organiser a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use images for promotional purposes.

7.2 Opt‑out

7.2.1 The Guest may opt out of marketing use by notifying the Organiser in writing prior to the Retreat.

8 Behaviour and Removal

8.1 Removal for Misconduct

8.1.1 The Organiser may remove any Guest without refund where the Guest’s conduct endangers others, materially disrupts the Retreat or breaches venue rules. The Guest remains liable for any costs incurred.

9 Data Protection

9.1 Use of Personal Data

9.1.1 The Organiser will process personal data for booking administration, communication and provision of services in accordance with applicable data protection law. Data may be transferred to third‑party suppliers where necessary.

9.2 Privacy Measures

9.2.1 Personal data is handled securely and used solely for retreat coordination and legal compliance.

10 Force Majeure

10.1 Events Beyond Control

10.1.1 Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, government action, strikes, natural disasters or supplier insolvency. The Organiser will offer alternatives or refunds as appropriate.

11 Insurance Recommendation

11.1 Guest Responsibility

11.1.1 Guests are responsible for obtaining adequate travel, medical and cancellation insurance. The Organiser’s insurance does not cover Guests’ personal travel arrangements or belongings.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 Applicable Law

12.1.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts for disputes arising from these Terms.

13 Acceptance

13.1 Agreement

13.1.1 By completing the booking form and submitting payment, the Guest confirms they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

14 Luxury Villa Padel Retreat Terms and Conditions

(25–28 September 2026)

14.1 Scope

14.1.1 These terms supplement the general Terms and prevail where there is any conflict.

14.2 Dates

14.2.1 25th September 2026 to 28th September 2026.

14.3 Cooling Off and Deposit

14.3.1 Cancel within 48 hours for a full refund less a 5% payment processing fee.
14.3.2 Deposit €750 per person secures your place. State room preference when paying deposit; rooms allocated first come, first served.

14.4 Confirmation and Balance

14.4.1 Retreat will proceed if at least 6 of 8 spots are confirmed by 21st August 2026.
14.4.2 If confirmed, balance due 28th August 2026. Pay by bank transfer to save €100 per person.

14.5 Villa Damage Deposit

14.5.1 €250 per person refundable damage deposit required, payable by bank transfer by 11th September 2026.

14.6 Organiser Cancellation

14.6.1 If we cancel, Guests will be offered an alternative venue for the same dates, a transfer to another retreat, or a full refund of all payments including processing fees within 5 working days where specified.

15 Padel and Longevity Retreat Terms and Conditions

(8–11 October 2026)

15.1 Scope

15.1.1 These terms supplement the general Terms and prevail where there is any conflict.

15.2 Dates

15.2.1 8th October 2026 to 11th October 2026.

15.3 Deposit and Cooling Off

15.3.1 Deposit €750 per person. Deposit becomes non‑refundable after the 48‑hour cooling off period.
15.3.2 Cancel within 48 hours for a refund subject to a 5% processing fee; bank transfer payments refunded in full if cancelled within 48 hours where stated.

15.4 Balance and Refund Deadlines

15.4.1 Balance due 27th August 2026.
15.4.2 Cancellations before 1st September 2026 are refundable less 5% processing fee.
15.4.3 Cancellations on or after 1st September 2026 are non‑refundable.
15.4.4 Bank transfer balances refunded in full if cancelled before 1st September 2026 where stated.

15.5 Minimum Numbers

15.5.1 Retreat proceeds with a minimum of 4 guests. If minimum not met we will offer alternatives or refunds.

15.6 Organiser Cancellation

15.6.1 If we cancel, Guests will be offered a transfer to another retreat or a full refund of all payments including processing fees within 5 working days where specified.

16 Padel and Wellness Retreat Terms and Conditions

(15–18 October 2026)

16.1 Scope

16.1.1 These terms supplement the general Terms and prevail where there is any conflict.

16.2 Dates

16.2.1 15th October 2026 to 18th October 2026.

16.3 Deposit and Cooling Off

16.3.1 Deposit €750 per person. Deposit becomes non‑refundable after the 48‑hour cooling off period.
16.3.2 Cancel within 48 hours for a refund subject to a 5% processing fee; bank transfer payments refunded in full if cancelled within 48 hours where stated.

16.4 Balance and Refund Deadlines

16.4.1 Balance due 3rd September 2026.
16.4.2 Cancellations before 8th September 2026 are refundable less 5% processing fee.
16.4.3 Cancellations on or after 8th September 2026 are non‑refundable.
16.4.4 Bank transfer balances refunded in full if cancelled before 8th September 2026 where stated.

16.5 Minimum Numbers

16.5.1 Retreat proceeds with a minimum of 4 guests. If minimum not met we will offer alternatives or refunds.

16.6 Organiser Cancellation

16.6.1 If we cancel, Guests will be offered a transfer to another retreat or a full refund of all payments including processing fees within 5 working days where specified.
