I acknowledge that if I cancel within 48 hours of payment, I will receive a full refund minus a 50€ administration fee and the non-refundable accommodation fee (Clause 3.1)

I confirm that I have obtained (or will obtain prior to travel) comprehensive travel, medical, and cancellation insurance. I acknowledge that Padel Paradise Retreats is not liable for any personal financial loss due to travel disruptions, medical emergencies, or sports-related injuries (Clause 11)

I accept the Liability Waiver and assume all risks associated with padel, yoga, spa and related activities (Clause 6).

I declare that I am medically fit to participate and have disclosed all relevant medical conditions and injuries (Clause 5).

I consent to the use of professional photography and videography during the Retreat. I grant the organiser a licence to use the images for promotional and marketing purposes unless I opt out in writing

I agree to the privacy notice and consent to the processing of my personal data for booking and retreat administration (Clause 9)

I accept that the organiser may cancel/alter the retreat for reasons beyond its control and that remedies are limited as set out in

(Clause 4)
